Hey Does anyone out there know if you can just block certain people from your blog just one or two not the whole list of people? if ya know how will ya let me know! thanks

There is not a way on Blogspot. It's one way or the other unfortunately. Private or All. You can make it so people can't leave anonymous comments and/or make them type in a verification code. Thats how you can cut back on "unusual comments"
