COOKING COOKING AND MORE COOKING

So the past few days I have been trying to cook one new thing everyday, So far i have made:

Lemon Pepper Salmon ( very good)

*Add butter
*Fresh lemon Juice
*Salt and Pepper
*Put Salmon fillet in foil , Cook on 350* for about 30 min
( i have also put crushed saltine crackers on it and then baked it)

******************************************************************************************
Mexican Salsa:
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of White beans
1 can of corn
1 small white onion chopped into the size you like
1 large can of crushed Tomatoes
a couple of squeezes of zesty Italian dressing ( non fat)
3 avacados cut into little squares

You can put olives, garlic, diff. kinds of beans like pinto if you want.

Let sit over night and serve with chips :)

******************************************************************************************

No Yeast Bread

This was so easy and took about 3 min to make, It is very dense and I was thinking next time I would make smaller ones and make soup bowls, They would be good with soup :)

* 3 cups of flour
* 4 teaspoons of baking powder
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1 1/2 cups of Water
* 1/4 cup of melted butter

Don't sift flour, Add Dry Ingredients together. Mix liquids together, then mix all together.
The dough should not be sticky so let it sit for a few min, add i little flour if needed

Roll into a ball or oval and rub oil or butter on it, Put on a cookie sheet on 400* for 40 min.

Me and A friend were thinking of putting together a food blog, If anyone has anything they would like to add let me know!

thanks :0)
