UPDATE

Thank you everyone for commenting, I did call the cop that came to the seen, He told me there is nothing that can be done, So i called the Police Chief He also told me that because we never saw anyone do it there is nothing that can be done, He went and walked around where it happened, but found Nothing. They have not and will not go to the 3 houses that I would like them to, SO Monday me and cooper will be going, Then we will make a stop off at the city hall, And make the Mayor aware of how the Cops of Alpine are taking care of things.
